Our basic package costs 65 SEK per child and term, and then you can add the features you want. We currently also offer an “All Inclusive” package where all features are included for 85 SEK.

There is also a fixed cost for BankID.

Currently, it is 300 SEK/year if you have 20 children or more, and 150 SEK/year if you have fewer than 20 children per preschool.

It’s important to note that our prices include everything —support, web training if needed, and unlimited data usage—so it couldn’t be easier or more transparent.

Go to your settings (via the setting icon), click “My Profile,” and then click your phone number to update it.

If you’re logged out of TYRA, there’s a button that says “I have changed my number,” which you can use to update your number through a verification process.

Yes. Before you can start using TYRA, we must first sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is fully adapted to GDPR. This agreement ensures that we handle all your data properly and that you remain the owner of your data.

In addition, we have various technical security layers, two-factor login, and of course, encrypted traffic.

When a child leaves, it’s important to ensure that you and/or the guardians download any data about the child you wish to keep, such as attendance records or the child’s portfolio. We recommend that guardians download their child’s portfolio directly from TYRA at the end of each term.

This is because, under the DPA, we are required to delete ALL data related to the child once they leave the preschool and you choose to delete it.

Once the child’s data is deleted, it is not possible for us to recover anything!

The full app is unfortunately not available on the web. However, there is a web interface at web.tyra.io to manage certain parts of the app, such as retrieving attendance data, posting events, or printing contact lists.

The reason for this is partly because the trend is shifting toward using tablets, and in cases where more functionality is needed, the tablet can easily be paired with a keyboard, making it almost as usable as a laptop.

As a Pedagogue/Admin, you need to log in via login.tyra.io.

There, you can access schedules and attendance statistics.

As an Admin, go into the Admin module. There you can manage users.

Once you invite a user, they will receive a text message (unless they already have an account, in which case they’ll get a notification in the notification center).

The invited user can access their invitation either through that notification or by going to Settings > My Connections.

As a Pedagogue/Admin, you can download images from the Blog. This option is not available to guardians, as it could violate GDPR—images in the blog may contain other children.

To download an image, go to the post and click the image. When it opens in full screen, you can click on it again to see the option to “Save Image.”

However, guardians can download images from their child’s Portfolio.
